This innovative and unique product differs from conventional add-on suede patches in that Soles2dance soles come with industrial-strength adhesive backing. You only have to peel off the protective foil from the backing and stick the soles onto your existing shoes . Will these soles stay on? After extensive testing and after having sold thousands of units of this and similar stick-on suede sole products with the same adhesive, we know with certainty that the adhesive stays on when used on shoes with hard leather or suede soles. On the vast majority of rubber or plastic-soled shoes the adhesive also stays on, but there are some very rare rubber or plastic compounds (notably a synthetic, rubber-like plastic material called EVA), to which the adhesive sticks less well. How to take care of suede soles Avoid wearing suede soles on abrasive surfaces like concrete or asphalt, as those surfaces will damage suede. Also, suede should never be allowed to get wet. We recommend cleaning suede soles with a steel brush after dancing.
