The Day Date was for many years the flagship watch of the Rolex collection. Worn by Presidents of the USA, it got its collectors nickname President, which is also used to describe the bracelets that came on these watches. This is a really great example of ref 1803, with a cool twist in that it has a so-called linen dial – the texture is like the cloth. This  rare dial remains in excellent condition, with lume dots that match the hands perfectly. This watch retains a strong case and bezel and the bracelet is  a non concealed clasped so called “ President “.
