BENSON SMITHS 15J 9CT GOLD TI CUSHION PRESENTATION WATCH 1960.

An excellent and rare Benson 9 carat sold gold cushion each presented in 1960 for 25 years service with a TI company. This watch is in superb original condition and works well still. the case has plenty of references as per most Benson watches. The lug is stamped with a pated number, and because the bars are fixed an open ended pigskin strap had been fitted. This has a width of 16mm at the head and will take a 16 to 18mm strap.. 

The case is stamped for J W Benson ltd. , with the case reference no 12100, and marked made in England. Number 961764. Movement number 448203. 

Case diameter a maximum of about 28.5mm excluding the original winding crown. The thickness is 9.7mm.
